State police have charged a man with trespassing for an incident earlier this month in Export.
Troopers say that on November 6th, they were called out at 2:05 AM to the home of a 51-year-old Export woman on Kennedy Avenue for a reported burglary. When they got there, troopers found 23-year-old Zachary Musto, also of Export, in the basement of the house. He accessed the basement through a basement door. While he was taken into custody, Musto resisted arrest. He is now in Westmoreland County Jail.
