Two vehicles were involved in a crash on Route 119 South in Center Township on Monday.
Indiana County 911 reports that the Coral-Graceton fire department was called out at 2:36 PM to the crash scene. Coral-Graceton fire officials say that the crash was a rear-end collision at the intersection of 119 and Power Plant Road. While names have not yet been released, officials say that occupants in both vehicles involved were taken to the hospital by Citizens Ambulance for treatment of minor injuries. State police were also on the scene.
In other emergency calls, the Rossiter Fire Department in northern Indiana County was called out to standby for firefighters in Punxsutawney, as they were sent out to a fire at the Albion United Methodist Church in Punxsutawney Borough that was reported around 6:30. The backup call came at 7:39 PM.
Also, Blairsville and Blacklick fire departments were called out to Colony Boulevard in Burrell Township to set up a landing zone. Few details are known about that incident.
