Two revocation hearings, a session of plea court, and a sentencing hearing are scheduled for today in Indiana County Court.
One of the revocation hearings is for 60-year-old Steven Shawn Stempf of Indiana, who was charged in a case that goes back to August 16th of 2018. He had pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of indecent assault, and was sentenced to two years of probation. He will enter a plea in another case, where he is accused of failure to verify his address on file or to be photographed. This is in connection with his case where he pleaded guilty to felony aggravated indecent assault.
Also due for a revocation hearing today is 47-year-old Shannon Michael Harris of Indiana, who pleaded guilty to a charge of misdemeanor simple assault and disorderly conduct with two charges of harassment and one count of public drunkenness not prosecuted. He was sentenced to two years of probation in that case.
And a sentencing hearing is set for today for 37-year-old Jennifer Sue Zmitravich of Indiana, who pleaded guilty in September to a charge of misdemeanor retail theft.
