Indiana Borough Police yesterday announced charges filed in a number of criminal investigations, and for a variety of crimes.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 24-year-old Taylor Mackowski of Erie, who is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Mackowski had ten pounds of marijuana, prompting an investigation that began on March 11th. Borough police were assisted by the FBI, state police, and the U.S. Postal Inspector.
21-year-old Bradley Gable of Gibsonia is charged with possession with intent to deliver after police seized two pounds of marijuana on April 5th in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street.
After an investigation that began on February 11th, 24-year-old Justin Maloney of Wyomissing, PA, is charged with possession with intent to deliver. Police say Maloney had ninety THC vape pen cartridges and marijuana wax in the 1000 block of Philadelphia Street.
59-year-old Susan Martz of Indiana is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say they found a marijuana plant at Martz’s home in the 0-0 block of North 6th Street on October 10th.
Borough police have charged 22-year-old Darna Tansmore of Indiana with possession of a firearm with an altered manufacturer’s number, in an investigation that began September 4th.
37-year-old Allen Kimmell and 34-year-old Danielle McGhen, who are both from Indiana, have each been charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a tile saw and selling it to a local resale business.
