Thanks to the spooky weather on Halloween Night, kids in Center Township and Homer City Borough will get to Trick-or-Treat today.
Homer City Borough postponed trick or treating until today from 2-4 PM because of the windstorms that came through the area on Thursday night. Also, just a note that there will be no parade this year, as PennDOT needs at least two weeks notice for a parade on Main Street.
