Two communities scheduled to hold trick or treating tonight have decided to reschedule events due to the inclement weather predicted for tonight.
Homer City Borough and Center Township have announced that trick-or-treating for both communities will be held on Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. As far as the Halloween parade in Homer City goes, due to the inclement weather predictions, Mayor Arlene Wanatosky has called the parade off. As a parade down Homer City’s Main Street would require 2 weeks advance notice to PennDOT, there will be no parade this year.
We reached out to White Township and Indiana Borough and trick or treating is still on for tonight from 6-8 PM.
