UPDATE:
A state police fire marshal said that a fire in Clearfield County that brought out several Indiana County fire departments early this morning was intentionally set.
The fire was reported at 2:07 this morning on Stifflertown Road in Burnside Township. The structure was a 32 by 60 foot two story apartment building that was unoccupied and previously damaged in a fire in 2015. The fire marshal said that the fire was ruled as an arson, the structure was a complete loss, and two neighboring structures were damaged as well. Total damage was estimated at $50,000. There were no reported injuries. Cherry Tree fire department was called out originally at 2:14, according to Indiana County 911, with Commodore and Cherry Tree fire departments called out to assist further about 45 minutes later. Cherry Tree firefighters were called back out to the scene at 9:03 as the fire had rekindled.
State police in Punxsutawney are asking anyone with information to call them at 814-938-0510.

Some Indiana County fire crews are busy this morning as they were called into Clearfield County to assist with a large fire.
Indiana County 911 reported that at 2:14 this morning, Cherry Tree Fire Department was called out to assist with a structure fire on Stifflertown Road in Burnside Township, Clearfield County. About 45 minutes later, Commodore and Glen Campbell firefighters were also called in to help out. Initial reports say that the fire at 652 Stifflertown Road was a fully involved fire at an abandoned two-story apartment building.
Rossiter and Clymer fire departments were called out to standby for nearby departments.
