State police say they captured an escapee after he fled while being arrested for a domestic assault early yesterday.
23-year-old Eric Flanary, for whom no address has been given, was taken into custody after running into the woods along Zehner Lane in Armstrong Township at about 12:35 AM. Police had been summoned for a domestic incident between Flanary and a 22-year-old woman. They do not say how they were able to capture him, but they say he was arrested without incident.
