Steelers QB Mason Rudolph was officially ruled out of Sunday night’s game as he is still undergoing concussion protocol. Devlin Hodges will be the starting quarterback for Sunday night’s game between the Steelers and the LA Chargers. Inside Linebacker Mark Barron is also out for Sunday night, but two who will play include Mike Hilton and Vance McDonald.
