While his call for the legalization of the recreational use of marijuana may take some time, Governor Tom Wolf recently reiterated his support for passage of other related measures.
Governor Wolf continues to urge lawmakers to pass legislation to decriminalize the possession of small amounts of marijuana and to expunge the records of those previously convicted of that crime. The governor notes that with Republican bills on decriminalization and expungement in the legislature, there seems to be bipartisan interest in doing something to address these issues.
