The Penns Manor School Board made some personnel changes at last night’s school board meeting, and entered into a drug program.
The directors approved a Student Assistance Program Agreement between the district and the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission for the 2019-2020 school year. The purpose is to provide drug and alcohol programs to the district at no cost. In other action, the board approved a correction plan from the State Bureau of Career and Technical Education for the District Ag Operations and Related Sciences Program.
The directors also approved the resignation of Carrie Patterson, Vo-Ag Resource Person, effective October 4th. The board approved a contract with Keith Long as a resource person for the Vo-Ag program for the rest of the school year.
In other personnel action, the directors hired Rebecca Hudak as Boys’ Assistant Track Coach and named Olivia Hanna as High School Musical Director.
