Indiana County first responders were busy on Sunday with several calls, including five vehicle accidents reported over the last 24 hours.
The calls started with a vehicle accident on Route 403 at 11:10 AM. Pine Township fire chief Keith Muir reported that one vehicle had overturned on the roadway. Minor injuries were reported. The identity of the driver has not been released. State police and Citizen’s Ambulance were on the scene for that crash.
Indiana Fire Association was called out for a crash at 4:57 p.m. on Martin Road, with a vehicle veering off the road. Indiana Fire Assistant Chief Ron Moreau reported no injuries.
Indiana Firefighters were also called out this morning at 2:35 for a crash on Route 422 East in Armstrong Township. No injuries were reported in this crash, according to Moreau.
Few details are available on a crash on Route 85 in Washington Township at 10:27 PM that was attended to by Plumville Firefighters, and a crash on Vanderbuilt Road in Green Township at 1:33 this morning attended by Commodore fire department.
