The annual Leaders Circle dinner will be held tonight at the Rustic Lodge, with fifteen finalists for the four awards that will be announced.
This is the fortieth year for Leaders Circle in Indiana. The four award categories are the Athena Award, which celebrates not only success in business or professional achievement but also advancing the cause of women in their professional development; the Young Athena Award; the Male Civic Leader of the Year; and the Female Civic Leader of the Year.
This year’s nominees for the Athena Award are Hastie Kinter, Jenn Myers, and Patti Simmons. The Young Athena finalists are Alexis Blose, Sarah Kitchen, Madison Sabo, and Kaycee Newell. For Male Civic Leader of the Year, the nominees are Anthony Frazier, Josh Rosenberger, Clinton Smith, Dr. Gordon Thornton, and Gregg van Horn. And for Female Civic Leader of the Year, the nominees are Betsy Lauber, Linda Maguire, and Joyce Sharman.
