In Indiana County Court today, Plea Court will be held for one defendant, and there will be a hearing on another defendant’s request to withdraw a guilty plea.
37-year-old Timothy McGill of Indiana will have Plea Court to answer a single misdemeanor charge of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image. Police accuse McGill of posting the image online without the victim’s permission in June.
Judge William Martin will conduct a hearing on a petition to withdraw a guilty plea by 47-year-old Raymond Erwin Jr., who is formerly from Armagh but is currently an inmate at SCI Pine Grove. Erwin pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property in December of 2017 for a theft from the Walmart in White Township. He was sentenced to one to three years in prison and barred from entering the Walmart upon his parole. He’s been through several attorneys as he seeks his release, first filing for the withdrawal of his guilty plea in February of last year. He has prior convictions from both Jefferson and Cambria counties.
