There were no reported injuries, but an barn was gutted by fire Sunday afternoon in White Township.
Indiana County 911 initially reported that Indiana, Marion Center, Creekside, Homer City, and Clymer fire departments were initially dispatched at 1:47 PM to Saint Clair Road in White Township, along with the Hazmat team and Citizens Ambulance. Lee Thompson of The Indiana Fire Association said that when they got there, there was definitely a lot of smoke.
The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time, but Indiana Fire officials called the State Police Fire Marshals. Firefighters and were able to retrieve some large pieces of equipment that was stored in the barn.
