Indiana Fire Association was called out to the corner of Water Street and Jimmy Avenue at 12:04 PM for a report of lines down.
The resulting outage is affecting power in parts of Indiana. Motorists should be advised that traffic lights are out and the outage could affecting power in the downtown area.
