On the Indiana County Court docket today, there are several probation revocation hearings, a non-jury trial for a Creekside man accused of driving under the influence, and a sentencing hearing for an Armstrong County man on drug charges.
38-year-old Michael Scott Moore of Worthingon will be sentenced for a guilty plea to felony criminal use of a communication facility. Additional charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance will not be prosecuted.
48-year-old Dean Anthony Smith of Creekside will have a non-jury trial for two counts of driving under the influence, as well as disregarding the traffic lane and careless driving.
49-year-old John Robert Snow II of Indiana is scheduled for two probation revocation hearings. He pleaded guilty to bad checks in two cases in 2014.
There are also two probation revocations for 33-year-old Jonathan Richard Clark of Ernest, who in 2014 pleaded guilty to theft in two cases.
