Downtown Indiana, Inc announced in a news release that they elected a new board president at Thursday’s board meeting.
The board elected Chad E. Martin of S&T Bank as the new president of the Downtown Indiana, Inc. Board. Martin was born and raised in Indiana County, and graduated from Marion Center High School and IUP. He is right now attending the PA Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking Program. Martin is currently serving as an S&T’s Vice President, Community Banking Manager and Business Development Officer at the bank’s main office in Downtown Indiana, and he is also a member of the ICCAP board, and is the treasurer on the IUP Center for family business advisory board.

He takes over for Malcolm Polley, who ended his term as president in January of this year.
