State police have charged an Indiana man with drug-related crimes. Troopers say that on Saturday, around 3:25 PM, troopers responded to an incident of an intoxicated man standing in front of the movie theater at the Indiana Mall. When they got there, they found the 42-year-old man under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia. The man was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and similar conduct, and for drug paraphernalia possession.
Few details are available about a theft from a home in Center Township. State police say that this happened on July 24th around 3:00 PM at a home at the intersection of Lucerne Road and 3rd Street. Police say that the only thing taken was $96 worth of cash from the house. The investigation continues.
