INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
Indiana Borough police are investigating a case of criminal mischief that involved graffiti in a church parking lot. Police say that between August 11th and 14th, someone illegally used spray paint and stencils in the parking lot of the Indiana Weslyean Methodist Church. State Police from the Punxsy Barracks have charged a Rossiter man with harassment by physical contact. This happened on Wednesday around 12:15 PM at a residence on Central Street in Rossiter. That’s when a 60-year-old man slapped a 44-year-old woman. Both victim and assailant are from Rossiter. The 60-year-old is now in Indiana County Jail. Charges were filed in district court.
