Preliminary hearings are scheduled today in Indiana’s Magesterial District Courts, including one for Charles Eugene Bouch, who is charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, and a single misdemeanor count of theft by deception, along with Felony charges for receiving advance payment for services and failure to perform, misrepresentation of an item, and theft by deception failure to correct. These are for incidents in November of 2017. Bouch was recently in court for a probation revocation hearing.
Also due for a hearing today is Ryshawn Crawford, who is due for three preliminary hearings. One of them is for Felony assault by a prisoner, misdemeanor simple assault and strangulation and summary harassment for an incident in June of 2016, and in cases from March of this year, he faces one count in each case of aggravated harassment by a prisoner. Crawford returns to court after he was found guilty of another count of aggravated harassment by a prisoner on Monday. That case came in March of 2019 after state police found out that Crawford had thrown urine waste on a corrections officer.
