In accordance with the 150th anniversary of college football, the PSAC had each of the 16 schools yesterday name their top contributors to the game.
IUP’S selections are: Frank Cignett Sr, Jim Haslett, Chuck Klausing, Jai Hill, Michael Mann, Dave Smith, Chris Villarrial, Dan Radakovitch, and Jack Benedict.
