Two Indiana County endowment funds have announced that they are accepting applications.
It was announced in a news release that two grants are being made available. One grant is for the Indiana County Endowment fund. The grant provides money in the fields of art, education, environment, health and human services, recreation, civic and heritage. The other grant is for the Evans Health Care Fund. That award will focus on some of the needs in the northern areas of the county, getting it to where the money is needed, specifically in the areas of Penns Manor, Purchase Line and Marion Center School Districts. The Evans Care Fund was named after Dr. William Evans, who helped establish the fund.
Both forms use a common application. You can email icendowment@gmail.com to get an application.
