State police are investigating a case of theft involving a computer scam. Police say that on July 15th, the two people, identified as a man and a woman from Blairsville, got involved in a scam where they gave an unknown person or persons Walmart gift cards in exchange for computer services. The cam originated from a pop-up window while browsing online. The investigation is ongoing.
State Police have filed non-traffic citations against a 17-year-old boy from Robinson and a 20-year-old man from Indiana for illegal purchase of alcohol on Saturday. Police say both of them were seen in possession of multiple alcoholic beverages. This happened at an unnamed establishment at the intersection of Philadelphia and Sixth Streets.
