INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
Indiana borough police are looking for someone who may have lost some money on the sidewalk in the 600 block of Philadelphia Street on July 1st. A pedestrian found a substantial amount of money on the sidewalk and turned it into police. The owner can claim the money at the police station after providing a description of the funds.
Indiana borough police are investigating a vehicle theft in the borough. Police say that this happened sometime on July 1st or 2nd in the 200 block of Locust Street. The vehicle stolen was a tan Chevy Malibu 4-door sedan with a scrape on the driver’s side rear bumper, and the car had Penn State stickers on the door and bumper. Indiana Borough Police have received several calls of individuals going into unlocked vehicles and either tampering with or taking some of the belongings, with the reports concentrated on the borough’s second ward.
