State police say a Ford City man is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Friday afternoon.
32-year-old Tyson Colin Anderson had nine empty stamp bags labeled “minion” and a hypodermic syringe without the needle in the 1100 block of Wayne Avenue in White Township.
