A couple of roadway issues for motorists today:
Martin Road in Rayne Township will be closed between Route 110 and St. Clair Road today from 6 AM to 6 PM for a bridge project.
And PennDOT says work will begin on Tuesday on Route 110 between Wida Road and Tonkin Road in White Township. Workers will be replacing a deficient culvert with a new pre-cast culvert over an unnamed tributary of McKee Run, and making general improvements to 110. A temporary signal will be used to control traffic and there will be a ten-foot width restriction in place for the project, which is expected to be completed in late August.
To avoid the area, drivers can choose to detour to Grove Chapel Road to Reams Road, then to Tonkin Road and back onto Route 110.
