Municipalities in Indiana County will be receiving $237,731 in 2019 Act 13 impact fees from Marcellus Shale drilling activities within county borders. Representative Jim Struzzi says the funds will be distributed before July 1st, which is Monday.
$251.8 million in impact Act 13 impact fees will be returned to counties and municipalities in which drilling occurred last year. That’s $33.4 million more than last year.
