After drafting Samuel Poulin in the first round of the NHL entry draft, the Penguins added four more players yesterday.
They traded three later draft picks to Phoenix to move up to the second round and took high-scoring winger Nathan Legare, who was Poulin’s teammate on the Canadian Junior National team.
Pittsburgh then drafted two forwards, Judd Caulfield and Valterri Puustinen, in the fifth and seventh rounds, and defenseman Santeri Airola in the seventh round.
