The Altoona Curve fell to the Hartford Yard Goats 7-6 last night. Both teams combined to hit five home runs in the first five innings of the game, but it came down to a two-run double in the bottom of the eighth from Vance Vizcaino of the Yard Goats off Curve reliever Joel Cesar, who took the loss for the Curve.
The two teams play again today.
