ARMSTRONG TOWNSHIP
State police are investigating a case of identity theft in Armstrong Township. A 58-year-old woman living along Trim Tree Road reported that someone opened an account using her personal information last Sunday. Police do not say with whom the account was opened or if there was a monetary loss.
WHITE TOWNSHIP
State police say a hit-and-run driver struck some mailboxes last Tuesday evening along Lucerne Road in White Township. It happened at about 8 o’clock and the vehicle is evidently a silver Mazda of unknown year and model. The vehicle left behind a hubcap and should have front-end damage to the passenger side. Anyone with information is asked to call 357-1960 and ask for Trooper Prisk.
