In Indiana County Court today, a White Township man will be sentenced in five separate drug-related criminal cases.
All four cases are from last year. 35-year-old Douglas Allen Lydic of Dogwood Circle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia in June, possession of drug paraphernalia in August, to the same offense in September, to possession with intent to deliver in October, and to the same offense in December.
Lydic has an extensive criminal history in the county going back as far as 2011 and there is another active case pending against him in which he’s charged with conspiracy to burglary, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief.
The drugs involved in the various cases include heroin for the most part, and Suboxone strips in one case.
