Last month, four Graduates of IUP’s Eberly College of Business and Information Technology were inducted into Eberly’s Hall of Distinction, including two people connected to Indiana County.
The two with Indiana County connections inducted were Wendy Pardee and Greg Steve. Pardee graduated from IUP with her bachelor’s in 1994, her MBA in 1995 and her doctorate in Administration and Leadership Studies. Originally from Punxsutawney, Pardee is now the CEO of The Childrens’s Institute in Pittsburgh and also was the CEO for Skills of Central Pennsylvania and Hattie Larlham in Ohio. She has been a part of many non-profit groups serving as their chief executive officer, and also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Community Guidance Center of Indiana County.
Steve is an Indiana County Native, and following his IUP degree, he earned his MBA at Pitt in 1991. He has over 30 years of banking and private equity experience, especially with First Commonwealth Bank. He is the Senior Vice President and Senior Corporate Banking Business
Development Officer for First Commonwealth Bank’s offices in Pittsburgh.
Also inducted were Tami D. Dotte and Susan E. Oh.
The induction ceremonies were held on April 24th.
