Indiana Borough Police have charged two people from Indiana with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with a domestic assault on Saturday.
Police say that around 3:54 in the morning on May 11th, they investigated a domestic assault that happened at a home in the 100 block of South 3rd Street. It was determined that 26 year old Levi McMillen and 37-year-old Rachel Winslow both assaulted each other in an incident that occurred on the roadway. It was also reported that McMillen damaged a vehicle belonging to Winslow during the incident.
McMillen was taken to Indiana County Jail to be arraigned by Judge Jennifer Rega on charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. A criminal complaint was filed against Winslow, charging her with Simple Assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.
