Several defendants are scheduled to be sentenced in Indiana County Court today, including a woman who pleaded guilty in a 2016 child custody case.
37-year-old Jennifer Lynn Graham of Fayetteville, Franklin County, was originally charged with kidnapping, endangering the welfare of children, and interfering with the custody of children. The kidnapping charge was dismissed at District Court, and Graham pleaded guilty to a single count of endangering the welfare of children.
Two other defendants will be also sentenced today, each for two cases. 35-year-old Frank Douglas Gardner of Indiana will be sentenced for possession with intent to deliver and for retail theft. He will also be subject to probation revocation hearings in nine other cases.
30-year-old Matthew Edward Deyarmin of Indiana will be sentenced for receiving stolen property and retail theft. He will also have probation revocation hearings for two other cases.
