PSP-INDIANA
One person had suspected minor injuries in a car crash early Sunday Morning in Center Township. Police say that the crash was at the intersection of Route 119 and Power Plant Road. 24-year-old Homer Woody of Indiana failed to stop at the red light and his car collided with a pickup truck driven by 28-year-old Erich Bell of Coral as Bell was making a left-hand turn from 119 to Power Plant Road. Both vehicles were disabled and required towing from the scene. Charges were filed against Woody. Bell had minor injuries but was not taken to the hospital.
Two people from West Lebanon were charged with aggravated assault for their part in an incident in Young Township early Tuesday morning. State police say 44-year-old Alexis Diane Semuskie and 45-year-old Joseph Edward Williams, both from West Lebanon were involved in a verbal argument just after midnight this morning when Williams slapped Semuske on the face, cutting her lip. Semuskie responded by stabbing Williams in the elbow and three times in his left side with a screwdriver, and then hit him multiple times with a metal bar. Williams and Semuskie were both placed in Indiana County Jail.
