Whonetta (Walker) Yingling, 97, of Indiana, PA died Thursday, April 18, 2019 at St. Andrews Village in Indiana, PA.
The daughter of the late Foster and Sallie (Ruffner) Walker, she was born on July 27, 1921 in Montgomery Twp., Indiana Co., PA.
Whonetta graduated from Montgomery Twp. High School in Arcadia, PA.
She was of the Methodist faith.
Whonetta is survived by her two children: Carl William “Bill” Fleming and wife, Linda of Piscataway, NJ and Bonnie Williams Davis and husband, George of Palm City, FL; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two great grandchildren and her sister-in-law, Betty Walker of Hillsdale, PA.
Whonetta was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ord Yingling on March 28, 1992 and her infant son, Ronnie.
Family and friends will be received from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, PA, where am 11:00 a.m. funeral service will immediately follow the visitation. Pastor Robert Sunseri will officiate. Interment will follow at the Thompson Cemetery in Hillsdale, PA.
