The IUP baseball team split a doubleheader at Gannon University yesterday after overcoming a five-run deficit for a 9-7 win in game two.
Chris Eisel led the way with four hits in the second game. Eisel had a perfect day, going 6 for 6 overall, with a homer, double, five RBI and three runs scored.
Gannon won game one, 13-4. Nick Kuhn picked up the win in relief.
The Crimson Hawks play host to Clarion Friday.
