CENTER TOWNSHIP
An Indiana man is facing two counts each of simple assault and unlawful restraint after an incident at a home along Warren Road in Center Township on Monday.
20-year-old Gino Marcetti Dollison is accused of holding a 53-year-old man and 49-year-old woman at knifepoint and refusing to let them leave the home shortly before 5:30 PM.
After arraignment before District Judge Guy Haberl, Dollison was originally ordered to be taken to the Indiana Regional Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation, but due to his criminal record, it was determined that he was not eligible to be placed in such a facility and he was then taken to the Indiana County Jail, with bond set at $30,000. He’s scheduled for a preliminary hearing a week from today.
