Today’s Indiana County Court schedule includes several Plea Court appearances and sentencing proceedings. One defendant is scheduled for both…33-year-old Dexter Terrell Gladney, who was originally listed as being from Clymer but is now listed with an Indiana address, will plead along with another defendant in a robbery case, and be sentenced in a separate case for a guilty plea to simple assault.
Both Gladney and 19-year-old John David Langham of Clymer will answer charges in Plea Court for a robbery and assault at an apartment along 6th Street in Clymer last November. Gladney is charged with robbery, aggravated assault, theft by unlawful taking, simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct. Langham is charged with robbery, aggravated assault, theft by unlawful taking, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and strangulation. 19-year-old Carter Boring of Commodore told Clymer police he was assaulted and his wallet and $85 in it were taken. Boring was injured in the incident and had to be treated at Conemaugh Miners Medical Center in Hastings. Two other suspects, one a juvenile, were also charged in that case.
37-year-old Christopher Reynolds of Blairsville has a Plea Court appearance to answer two charges of receiving stolen property.
Also in Plea Court, 55-year-old Joni Lynn Sabri of Indiana will plead to a charge of retail theft.
35-year-old Randall Cagle of Latrobe will be sentenced today for guilty pleas to two counts of receiving stolen property. 58-year-old John Michael Shedlock of Indiana will be sentenced for indecent exposure. 22-year-old Harley Nicole Rome of North Vandergrift will be sentenced for corruption of minors. 42-year-old Tina Rochelle Jones of Johnstown will be sentenced for theft.
