With today’s rainout, manager Clint Hurdle will adjust his pitching rotation, skipping Joe Mussgrove’s turn and keeping Chris Archer in line to start tomorrow’s home opener against the Cardinals’ whose Adam Wainwright will make his season debut. The Pirates are off again on Tuesday and will bring back Jameson Taillon to start Wednesday, preserving his five-day rest period after he started the first game of the season last Thursday.
