In Indiana County Court today, two defendants are scheduled to be sentenced, both for two individual cases.
32-year-old Steven James Oswalt of Indiana will be sentenced for receiving stolen property in one case and for possession with intent to deliver heroin in another. Two other drug cases were not prosecuted. Oswalt was caught with 46 stamp bags of heroin, plus marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Also today, 38-year-old Lindsey Diamond, who is now listed as being from Ambridge but who previously lived in Indiana County, will be sentenced for retail theft in separate cases. She pleaded guilty to stealing merchandise valued at more than $579 from the White Township Walmart store on September 25th last year and then stealing more than $365 worth of items from the same store the very next day.
