Indiana Borough Police have charged an Indiana man with a hit-and-run crash on Philadelphia Street.
Police say on February 20th, around 8:40 PM, a GMC SUV rear-ended a Volkswagen four-door sedan in the 800 block of Philadelphia Street. It was reported that the driver of the SUV refused to provide any information and left the scene. Investigation by police lead them to identify the vehicle as a green GMC Envoy and the driver was 44-year-old Richard Parks, Jr.
A criminal complaint was filed through district judge Guy Haberl’s office, charging parks with misdemeanor accidents involving damage to attended property and a summary charge of following too closely.
