UPDATE: State police say because of the exposure in the media, the woman in the photo has been identified. Police are not releasing her identity but state police say they will continue their investigation.
WHAT WE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED
State police have not said much about a theft suspect, but they’ve provided a very clear surveillance picture of her, which should not make identifying her all that difficult.
The image from the One Stop Convenience Store on Franklin Street in Clymer is from February 28th shortly after 6:00 PM. She is pictured at the store’s checkout counter with three bottles of pop in front of her. Police said that she paid for her purchases with a counterfeit $100 bill.

The suspect is a woman in her late thirties or forties, with brown hair and glasses, a dark colored coat and a multi-colored patterned shirt.
