Indiana Borough Council met for their Agenda Prep meeting, but they had to approve several payments for the community center project.
Council last night approved paying Mid-State Construction and Davis Brothers for work done on the project, and three change orders from Mid-State, Davis Brothers and Paragon Electric. Katherine Hood, the head of council’s administration committee said that crews are close to completing their work and the library could re-open in a few weeks.
In other business, the borough formally approved the 2019 fee schedule. Hood said that there were no major changes to the fee schedule, but there were slight increases to keep up with costs.
