A bank headquartered in Indiana County has been named one of the World’s Best Banks by Forbes Magazine.
First Commonwealth Bank in Indiana was one of sixty U.S.-based banks and one of 415 banks from 23 countries around the world to be named to the list of the World’s best banks. An independent survey was done of over 65,000 global bank customers through a series of online access panels and sampled bank customers. Some of the criteria the survey measured includes Customer Service, Financial Advice, Terms and Conditions and Trust.
In a news release, First Commonwealth CEO Mike Price said they were humbled to be named to the Forbes list, and said it was more meaningful that the list was driven by an independent customer survey.
