Fire crews in two different parts of Indiana County were called out for trailer fires.
Indiana County 911 reported that the first call went out at 10:27 this morning for a reported structure fire on Beltz Road in South Mahoning Township. Plumville, Marion Center, Dayton and Rural Valley Fire Departments along with Team 900 and Citizens Ambulance were called to the scene. According to scanner reports, the structure and its contents were completely destroyed. Fire crews on scene are asking the Red Cross to assist the family.
About seven minutes later, Indiana County 911 reported that a second trailer fire was reported on Cherry Tree Road in Montgomery Township. Cherry Tree, Pine Township and Commodore fire departments along with the Hope Fire Department Rig Team and Citizens were dispatched at 10:34 AM.
Few details are available on these fires, but we do know that fire marshals have been called out to investigate.
