Indiana Borough Police report a public drunkenness citation issued early yesterday against 23-year-old Issa Ali Almutairi of Saudi Arabia. He was in the 4th Street Sheetz in an intoxicated condition.
Also from borough police, 23-year-old Brandon Weyant of Bedford was cited for retail theft and public drunkenness early yesterday after a shoplifiting incident at the Wayne Avenue Sheetz. And Orahnde Askew of Blairsville was cited for a noise violation Friday night for hosting a loud party at his apartment on South 10th Street.
