Over 1400 REA Energy members were without power, with crews working slowly but surely to restore power.
REA’s website said that the outage started around 10:40 in the morning on Saturday. No word yet has been released on the cause, but power was restored to a majority of the customers by noon on Saturday.
Penelec reported some sporadic outages in the same area.
