Today is the first day of a temporary closure of the Indiana Free Library as the next phase of construction gets underway.
Construction at the community center building at the corner of 9th and Philadelphia streets is continuing and Kate Geiger said that multiple departments will be affected with this phase of construction.

Geiger also said that material due dates have been adjusted so that fines do not accrue during the construction period.
